My coaching philosophy is to strive to be the best role model I can be for the girls on the squad to see Christ in my life. I believe this will benefit the team in many ways. Hopefully, my example will be one the girls will try to imitate in their own lives and athletics. This includes having a positive attitude, being willing to try new things, and doing the best job they can at cheering. Most importantly, they will show Christ to their classmates and outsiders by the example they set in the classroom, on the field, and in their social environments.
My overview for the season is to bring a spirit of excitement to the new football program for the players, parents, and students. Our summer camp should give the girls the skills and cheers they need to be ready for the season. I hope they will also increase the school spirit and encourage the players through cards and signs and by displaying the Providence spirit in their lives.
