The Story of Redemption
Elementary Chapel theme for 2011-2012:
"Once Upon a Time: 66 books, one story: The Story of Redemption."

Providence's Elementary Chapel will focus on the amazing BIBLE, from Genesis to Revelation, as the glorious story of "God's passionate pursuit of a prodigal people" (based on the sermon series by Andy Stanley). Each week, we will journey through tales of the amazing people God used to orchestrate the most daring rescue mission in all of history: redeeming mankind from sin, and we'll challenge every student to explore his/her role in the greatest story ever told.

Our mission is to point children and teachers to God as the Father of all creativity,
by providing an excellent and creative worship environment, where God feels free to show up.

Service Projects
It is a privilege for Providence Christian Academy to come alongside our parents and their children in order to help them “impact the world in which they live.” Through God, the school is able to exercise this school vision statement in several tangible ways each year.

Our young students are developing eyes that see a hurting world, and they understand that even as elementary students they are equipped to meet the needs of others. The tender hearts and the passion that we have seen as students have engaged in “projects of the heart” is evident in both their desire to serve, and their willingness to become “the hands and feet of Christ,” without need for recognition.

Life lessons of service are alive in the Elementary School through our annual “Stack it For Jesus” food drive benefiting the Lilburn Cooperative Ministry, on-going grade-level service projects, and additional school-wide and individual efforts that arise, as needs come to our attention.
I

To God be the glory for all He is doing in the lives of our students, and those to whom we minister!
