My goal for our team is simple: Play hard, Play Smart, Play together, and Play for God.

I want to be a coach who always pushes my players to maximize the potential that the Lord has blessed them with. Hard work is a quality that will carry each and every athlete far beyond the basketball court, and I want to make sure that I am guiding my players to become mature individuals within their community. It is our goal that players at every level learn the fundamentals of basketball, which will help them to become smart players on the court.

Working hard day in and day out, we want our players to push themselves and to push their teammates to play as hard and as smart as we can, but we ultimately know that playing together will be a huge part of our success. We want to always be a team that when people watch us play they know that we love each other and support each other. I demand a lot from each of my players, but at the end of the day I want each of my players to know that I love and support them and our team. The most important quality that I want our team to have is a passion to glorify the Lord in all that we do. On and off the court I want our actions to show others the joy of serving a God who loves us and blesses us each day. The Lord has blessed me with the opportunity to coach at a wonderful school and I hope to always use this opportunity to influence each of my players in a positive way!

This season is an exciting season for the Lady Stars! We have seven returning varsity players who will bring a great deal of experience to our team. We also have several new girls that will be added to our program. We look forward to getting started and working toward a great season!
